This policy covers valproattorneyservices.com, including the Service Request form, the quote form on our contact page and the private system our team uses to manage requests. Valpro Attorney Services, LLC ("Valpro Attorney Services", "we", "us") runs the site from our office at 1520 W El Camino Ave #125, Sacramento, CA 95833.
The short version
- We collect what you type into the Service Request form and the PDFs you upload, so we can do the work you ask for, and what you type into the quote form, so we can answer it.
- The website deletes uploaded documents within 48 hours of upload. Our team works from the copy emailed to our office.
- We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. The site has no advertising pixels or ad cookies.

Legal documents can hold sensitive details, such as case facts, financial information or account numbers. We use them only to do the work you ask for.
When you ask for a quote
The quote form on our contact page takes no documents.

The site emails your quote request to our office and keeps a copy in private storage, so a request isn't lost if that email goes astray. It doesn't send you a confirmation email: our reply is the first answer you get.
When you browse the site
- Hosting logs. Vercel, our host, records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
- Google Analytics. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address and how you reached the site. We also record these actions:

We don't send your name, email, phone number, the details of the person to be served, what you type in the quote form or your documents to Google Analytics.
When you call or email us
Tapping a phone number opens your phone's dialer, and the call goes through our office phone line, not this website. Email you send us goes to our office mailbox.
How we use it
- To review your request, do the work and contact you about it.
- To answer your quote request by email or phone.
- To send your confirmation email. Status updates and messages about your request come from our office email, in the same thread.
- To match the work to your Billing Reference.
- To keep the site secure and block spam and automated abuse. The Service Request form runs an automatic bot check, Cloudflare Turnstile, before it accepts uploads, and the quote form runs it before it sends.
- To see, in total, which pages and features people use, so we can improve the site.
We don't make automated decisions about you, and we don't build profiles of visitors for advertising.

Documents filed with a court, and proofs of service, can become public court records under the court's rules.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
We don't sell or share your information for ads
We don't sell personal information. We don't share it with anyone for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means ads targeted at you based on your activity across other companies' websites. The site loads no advertising or social media pixels.

The site uses no advertising or social media cookies. Fonts and blog images load from our own site, not from Google Fonts or outside image hosts.
To stop Google Analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The Service Request form works without analytics cookies.
Browsers' Do Not Track signals don't change how the site works. Because we don't sell or share personal information, a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to opt you out of on this site.
How we protect it
- Documents and request records sit in private storage with no public links.
- Only Valpro Attorney Services team members on an approved list can sign in to manage requests, using a one-time link sent to their email.
- Every page loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as California law requires.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from and who we've shared it with
- send you a copy of it
- correct information that's wrong
- delete it
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We won't charge you or treat you differently for using them.
How to ask. Email Service@ValproAttorneyServices.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call 855-582-5776. To protect your information, we'll confirm your identity by matching details we already have, such as the email used on your request. Someone you authorize in writing can ask for you.
We'll answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.
What we can't delete. We may need to keep some information to finish a job, to meet a legal requirement or to defend a claim. Documents already served, or filed with a court, can't be pulled back from the court's records.
If someone asked us to serve you. Your name and address reached us from our client. You can still ask what we have about you. Court records are kept by the court, not by us.
Children
This site is for law firms, legal professionals and adults handling their own cases. It isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect a child's personal information through it. Documents in a case sometimes name a minor, for example in family law. We handle those documents the same way as all other documents.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to courts, government offices, Google Maps and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
