  • The court and case number, if the case is filed
  • Your Billing Reference, if your office uses one
  • New clients: a completed Prepayment Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF). Email it to Service@ValproAttorneyServices.com or fax it to 866-900-4665. Card details never go through the online form.
